This system is expandable, allowing you to create multiple “pet-free zones” and keep your pets away from an unlimited number of areas with the purchase of additional barriers. You can setup the system in two ways: wirelessly, protecting a circular area up to 16 feet in diameter, or using up to 150 feet of boundary wire to create a custom-shaped barrier (sold separately).
When your pet enters the barrier area, the transmitter sends a safe, static correction to their receiver collar. This system is suitable for an unlimited number of pets, as long as they’re wearing a PetSafe Pawz Away Receiver Collar (additional collars sold separately).
