Shipping Policy

All Fellow Living products are shipped out of our headquarters in Costa Mesa, CA and we ship out Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Right now, shipping carriers are experiencing widespread delays due to unprecedented shipping volumes, so please allow for additional time when ordering.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates : We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

International Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Our current carriers cannot ship to P.o. Boxes at this time, please provide a residential address during checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if my package is delayed during shipping?

Sometimes packages are shipped promptly, but experience carrier delays. We use UPS to ship the vast majority of our packages and they are currently experiencing delays due to a high volume of ecommerce packages. While we try to ship orders as soon as possible, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. For packages that appear lost in transit, our policy is that if a package has not been delivered or shown movement within 10 days of the last scanned activity, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We have found that almost all delayed packages are delivered or show movement within that time frame.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
